Gearing up — How to Plan a Retreat

Is your team gearing up for a big planning or team-building experience? Jennifer Walper will help you develop a plan for planning your staff retreat. Ms. Walper will provide you with several retreat models and activities, and sample blueprints that have come out of retreats that she has conducted. You will have an opportunity to make a preliminary plan and Jennifer will provide feedback before you leave.
